THE INCREDIBLE CHAZ WILLIAMS



Chaz Williams, 27,  is an incredible bodybuilder and fitness model from Florida.  He stands 6'1" tall and competes at a body weight of 195 lbs, and bulks up to 225 lbs. in his off-season.  Chaz has a 32" waist, 47" chest, 18" biceps, 16" calves and 26" quads.

In his first bodybuilding contest, the 2011 NPC Florida State Championships, he placed 2nd in the Novice Class. Recently, Chaz competed in the Men's Physique Class, at the 2012 NPC Europa Championships in Orlando.

Training since age 16, he is in the gym 5-6 days a week year round.  The prestigious NorthAmericanBodies.com recently added Chaz Williams to its roster of upcoming bodybuilders and fitness models!

The Incredible Sam Shepherd Retires from Fitness Modeling & Physique Competitions

    His entire high school career was consumed with football and the weight room. His diet was much different back then, but it gave him a strong base once he was done with high school. With nothing left to consume his time he stumbled upon bodybuilding and he has loved it ever since! Sam is from a small town in West Virginia [New Martinsville].
