Recently he competed   at the Ironman Contest in Chicago, and he looked fabulous; probably a little bit too big for the physique competition.  The winner, Dulio Lopez, had to slim down to win it all and maybe that's what Alex has to do.  But in my opinion he looked great; he probably could have won in the open bodybuilding competition! 

Loui Diaz worked with Enrique Bueno of Milo800 photography to model underwear for the brand Ca Rio Ca.  Loui is an extraordinary male underwear model and it is so amazing how he got started into modeling, his fitness regimen; and his experience in working with the talented photographer. After winning first place in a power lifting competition, a friend of Loui's invited him to join a modeling agency in 2010.  In 2011, he met photographer Enrique Bueno who has helped him immensely and really turned his life around. The shoot for the Ca Rio Ca campaign was historic and a huge success for Loui. Enrique, and "Ca RioCa".  It was like they were on a vacation at the beach; and it was a very amazing shoot.  Loui and Enrique seemed to work magic in the excellent images resulting from their work together. Steve Grand The hunky gay singer hit fame after releasing his single "All American Boy".   His debut album was funded by a Kickstarter Program managing to raise $326,593 to independently record his album. He initially asked for just $81,000.  He just announced the album will be delayed for a couple of months. Talking to his fans, Steve said: "From day one, I have promised to only give you my best, most honest work, and I intend to uphold that promise even if it means delaying the release of the record to make sure I get it just right."    Kurt is a NZIFBB Men's Physique Athlete and New Zealand's premiere personal trainer.  He was b orn January 1, 1990, and  grew up in Auckland, New Zealand. As a kid he was a swimmer who competed on a national level but by age 16 he had enough of swimming.... so he took a break which he never returned from.    Naturally, he started to gain weight and was leading a very unhealthy lifestyle with lots of partying and drinking. He decided to join a gym just before his 19th birthday and got hooked, immersing himself in reading muscle magazines and training. Once he got his nutrition right he really started to notice the gains and so did others.  So Kurt decided to train to compete.
